We don’t need no stinkin emissions testing
Just received registration renewal from Virginia DMV for my 25 year old 94 Z. Good for 3 years and best of all, no more emission tests.

I remember Texas trying to implement emissions testing a few years back. Must have been a lib in the woodshed to think that would work.
Most people just flat refused, so it is a non-issue now. Had auto dealerships in California. The smog laws there were a freaking nightmare!!

That is one of the reasons I bought my '90 in 2015. With Antique plates in PA, no inspections and no emissions. Nobody touches my car but me!
