Re: What are the best plenum gaskets?
Jerry's 3/64". I use Gaskacinch to glue the gasket to the plenum and use X-acto knife to port match before bolting it to the IH.

Re: What are the best plenum gaskets?
I voted Jerry's 3/64. Ordered them Saturday morning, got them today (Monday). Feels like a weak coil or a coil is going bad so will be pulling the plenum. From reading the recommendations I went with these.

Re: What are the best plenum gaskets?
Hmmmm..... In 7 years of maintenance and porting, etc., I have never had a leak w/ prolly half dozen of Jerry's gaskets. And, as a rule, I re-use them at least once, if not twice. However, I DO use Permatex around the coolant port for added insurance. My porting makes the web between the intake runner and the coolant jacket rather thin. But, as I said: No problems!! Just sayin....

Re: What are the best plenum gaskets?
I'm on my third set from Jerry. I replace with each plenum pull. 3/64" each time. I used a brand new set to scribe my plenum, injector housings and a set of IH gaskets for my primary intake runners on my heads on my '91 when I ported them. So, my engine is matched to Jerry's gaskets! Perfect results.. high quality product. I'm installing them on a customer's 29,000 mile 1990 right now..
