An average night showcases anywhere from 250 to 500 cars and up to 150 motorcycle First Saturday of the Month Laid Back Gathering, From Scuderia Southwest When I and a few guys started The Motorsports Gathering some years back, none of us thought that it would turn into the event that it has become. It is HUGE! The cars are amazing. And for some, its a bit much. It has taken on a certain feel that was never meant to be. Rules. Regulations. Assigned spaces. Cops. Crowd control. Arrests. Sponsors, and all the rest. I've gotten some emails about doing something a little on the lighter side. So, here you go... I found a gem of an event that takes place in Old Town Scottsdale on the first Saturday of the month. It's just a gathering of car enthusiasts for coffee. No agenda. No rules. No assigned parking and no drama. See you there!
