Default Rear Bumper Moldings

Alright friends, I am going to be that guy and ask if anyone has rear bumper moldings for 91-95 available. I know they are pretty much non-existent but I have to ask. I am in need of the passenger side center (from license plate wrapping around the corner).

If you are planning to reply that I am SOL, thats pretty much how I already feel, but I am also thinking maybe someone has made their own mold for this plastic piece maybe?? or did some custom work to recreate this piece?? I would think you could start with a regular 91-96 rear bumper and cut out the "molded-in" molding and do some custom bodywork. I have about half of my existing molding still on the bumper so I could try and match it, but the other half is probably still laying on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere TX. Probably have a better chance finding that before a replacement (anyone near Amarillo have a shovel I can borrow?)

Anyways, I appreciate any constructive thoughts/comments on this problem. I am open to buying a complete set of moldings and/or rear bumper if anyone has something available.

Other option, does anyone have a complete 1990 molding set? That would be silly but maybe I'd be the only one that made a 91 look like a 90? haha

That molding may be hard to fine. What if you use a molding from a reg
corvette ,then cut it to make it longer.
I'am in Fl. and i use Coastal Corvette inc. for used parts. Call John at cell
321-480-0228 or office at 321-269-4995. he is located in Mims,FL 32754.
Ask him if that is possible.
good luck
John

Once again registry members come through. Wow! So happy to be a part of this group. I now have the moldings to finally repair my Z.

Well, I know he talked of making them, but has he made any sets yet?
