Kinda strange those fuel requirements tho...a full tank is way safer than one almost empty since the empty one contains much more fumes..

Good point and we actually raised that with the Chicago Fire Department but when the bureaucrats set the rules, they are the rules. Their concern I suppose was in the event of a fire in the building there would be much more gasoline to contend with in total. Imagine 200 cars with 20 gallons of gas vs. 200 with only 3 gallons each. --Bob
