What HP increase can I expect from these mods?
I just bought a 91 red zr1 with 9000 miles and it is completely stock. I want to add a flowmaster exhaust, change the prom chip to a DRM and install a forced ram air box where the front license plate goes. What realistic increase in HP and TQ can I expect from this??

Give or take around 25hp increase. TQ I can't really say, maybe around 10.

Rich,
I know this wasn't on your list but headers gave me 20rwhp and 15 tq. A nice mod to consider  I havn't heard too much about the force air in terms of h p numbers.
