Vehicle Production Line Procedures
Not too sure what forum to put this in, so I thought Id ask here.
I'm sure there would be someone reading this who has worked on an automotive production line somewhere. I have a question - how do they bleed the brakes on vehicles as they roll down the line? Each station only has a short time to do their tasks, so there must be some quite fast method of doing so. Also, how do they fill the cooling system so quick? As we know the ZR-1 engine can have a few airlock issues from a total new refill, so how did they do it so darn quickly on the production line? Same thing for the Air Conditioning - it takes quite some time to vacuum the lines before installing new coolant etc. Anyone know? |
