1959 Roman Red Fuelie with White Coves and Black Interior
1959 Convertible - Absolutely Iconic Roman Red Exterior with White Coves, a White Soft Top and Black Interior. Fuel Injected 283CI 290 HP with a 4 Speed Manual Transmission. A Removable matching Hardtop is also included. This is without a doubt, one of the best sounding cars in the showroom! Imagine a Fuelie that actually starts easily, and just has the perfect amount of Rumpity-Rump and enough compression to have the exhaust easily felt 8 feet behind the car! Whoever built this motor certainly knew what they were doing!!! This is a piece of Americana that when seen and heard, convinces you why these were THE hot cars going into the 60's! This one is an older NCRS Top Flight Car! The engine has been previously identified as being a re-stamp, yet the car still achieved a Top Flight. The undercarriage will not disappoint, nor will the engine compartment. All is correctly detailed. this car is equipped with the "Wonderbar" Radio, Windshield Washers, Courtesy Lights, Heater, Yes that was still optional in 59, Wide Whitewall Tires, and Power Windows. The paint, while older, still looks really good, with excellent gloss, and when that hardtop is on the car, you immediately see why these cars are revered that way that they are. Drive it, show it, or have it judged. This car is ready for anything. But most of all, just enjoy it's looks and that wonderful and powerful sound! Priced at $100,000
