They run from $63K to $150K. The only way to know which one you are looking at is from the rear and look on the right side of the bumper and like our ZR-1 label, it will be blank, or have a S or it will say R AWD, or for the big dog, SOV AWD.

I wanted to get it to Road America still this year, but reading the book Jag wants 2,000 miles on it at less than 5,000 RPM and 5,000 miles until you do any track event! I have now had it for 4 weeks and only have 920 miles! still have not been above 4500 RPM and only once.

If you look at the photo from the front of the Jag, way back in the garage is the 90 ZR-1 that I need to take time and get it out before the snow starts!

Mike, do you know what F-Type you drove?

Dean
Is it correct that the 2 lower-powered cars have manuals, but not the higher-powered ones?

Well both that I drove had padel shifts and were gas and brake pedal only . Also I think it was the 550hp one as it did not feel like a 4 wheel drive but with the tech today who knows .

The 340 HP and the 380 HP can have the 6-speed or the 8-speed auto.
the 550 HP and 575 HP only have the 8-speed auto

the "R" 550 and the "SVO" 575 are AWD only for 2016 and 2017
the 2014 and 2015 are not AWD.

I have been on the Jaguar form for a bit now that I have one and they say with a flash upload and change one pulley, they are getting 640 HP out of the 550......true or false....who knows. I think I am just fine with the 550 HP.
the R is a lot like our ZR-1 in that the weight of it is 3740 so it will never be a great track car but I did not buy it for that, it will see the track but only on fun weekend club days.
now at 980 miles.....220 to go, and I get to find 6500 RPM upshift ......not this 4500 stuff!

I'll never forget driving your Z at the Gathering this year Bob, Beautiful car and you are right definitely no slouch! Great to hear you still love her even with your brand new Z06!

Beautiful cars and congratulations!

Thanks, Marc. That was a FUN evening in BG! Your appreciation for extra power and torque definitely justifies the route you're contemplating with your Zee.
