But mine had screws not plastic tabs holding
the assembly halves togeter?
Remove the assembly from the fender. Leave electrics connected.
Open assemnly to remove pieces of ribbon, if what you pulled out is not the same
length as the new one
Removing the LR wheel and inner fender liner makes it a lot easier.
OBTW: you'll be suprised how much sand and crap is behind
the fender liner...
