Welcome!
The 4 names you need to know when working on your Z: Marc Haibeck, Jim Jandik (Powertorque Systems), Bill Boudreau (Z 51 Performance), and Jerry (Jerry's Gaskets). There are others on the forum as well who know most everything you would ever want to know about these cars and how to fix em. Enjoy the car!

Hi, I'm excited to share some pics. My ZR-1 arrived last Wed 4/13 and I've been out of town almost ever since. I did have a chance to take it on a short drive. Needless to say it was awesome! I didn't mention that I bought this car sight un-seen. A little risky but based on the pics and talking with the seller I felt ok taking the chance. The car was everything I expected it to be. I had never even driven a ZR-1 before, so my car upon its arrival was my first, pretty cool. My decision to go from a mid year to the Z was spot on! Only problems I have seen that need addressing are the Bose speaker amps and the sensor for the Infl/rest sensor needs to be cleaned and the code cleared. There may be more, but that's part of the journey! I will post some pics this weekend when I get home and open a photo bucket Acct. Thanks for the welcomes and comments
