Nice pick, this interests me.
Starting point of Bayside Marina is 15 minutes from me, without a whole lot of driving into the city. Once you're over the bridge, it's smoother sailing as the road quality gets better....hate to whine, but my car is lowered and scrapes the nose if I'm not paying close attention. Not sure if the Taconic State Parkway is the route, that was like a rollercoaster ride with my Yukon XL a few weeks ago.

Yea the roads should be good I think they had repaved the Taconic 3 years ago.
