Yep. That's the plan (see end of post #1). I just wanted to figure out what I wanted before bugging him.

Lots of good info in this thread. Of course, I was hoping for cheap/wide/high grip/high mileage. In other words, a pipe dream. The Michelins and Pirelli's sound great, just not sure I want to spend that much.

Then go for the Nittos in 315 rears , much less money. Great traction too.
