I am sooooo confused

So has to be clutch, pressure plate, throw out Bearing, or Dual Mass Flywheel.

Or maybe Trans Input shaft. but sounds like inside Bell Housing.
I doubt Pilot Bushing would make that noise

In any event....Trans would have to be dropped and you can then inspect Trans In Put shaft and then remove Bell Housing and inspect Throw Out Bearing, Pressure Plate, Clutch, and Flywheel.

It sounds like something is coming apart

Rear wheels were up in the air. That was 5th gear.

When you slowed down to almost no RPM it really could be heard and sounded like something was hitting something like inside the Bell Housing or like something caught in drive shaft or a new Transmission noise like a syncro letting completely loose and hitting inside the Transmission Case. It sounds like nothing I have heard before.

Did this start all of a sudden?

It sounds like more of a clatter than a thud sound which thud sound would be U Joints. You would also feel vibration if U Joints. It almost sounds like a Clutch Plate is coming apart and parts flying around inside the Bell Housing but you would hear that when not moving in neutral with clutch engaged.

Or the drive shaft is hitting something which you already investigated. This is very interesting.

Wait a minute.....you said with trans in neutral (clutch engaged) and not driving.....NO SOUND....

So we are back to transmission which is a very new and strange sound for a transmission.

I am located in a small town in the middle of nowhere. Havana, Illinois. Yes, Dynomite, that is correct. It only makes noise when the wheels are moving, and Always makes noise regardless of the clutch or gear. Just noisier if im in gear and off the gas (decelerating) which is why in the video it was very loud at the end as the engine was off and the wheels were slowing.

I notice my 4.10 rear gears whine a bit on deceleration, particularly noticeable on the highway in 5th or 6th. No noise on acceleration. Marc reminds me that the stock gears do this as well. Maybe your noise is from a combination of things. --Bob

Also, yes it did start all of a sudden. I was just cruising along at 50mph.i have had a lot of experience with gear whine, noise, and busted ring gears. This is definitely coming from the transmission area.
