Default Rear Hub/Bearing Question

I need to replace my rear drivers hub/bearing...have a lot of play and noise. In the FSM diagram it shows a Hub Bearing Seal behind the wheel spindle washer. I contacted a dealer to get these parts and the rep said the bearing seal is no longer listed as a part since it's integrated into the hub replacement. Is this true or is he misled?
Thanks!
Rich

In '84 & '85 there was a seal behind the hub bearing inner washer. That seal went away in '86 when ABS was introduced. In the FIG#1 image on 3D-2 that is for some reason still displayed (#74) '90 MY FSM, maybe (#73) in later FSM. It would be wise I'd think to consider the replacement of the "inner" washer as "while you're there". GM# 14076924 would get you that washer.

The parts rep's explanation is interesting. It's not correct and you can see in the image is also not even a possibility. It was though a "creative thought" on his/her part!

You rock! Thanks...is the GM part you're referring to the "Teflon" washer?
