Montana Corvette Show (5-07) - ZR-1 Net Registry Forums

Been busy, so sorry for the late posting.

What a show , there were 6 ZR1's, so many we had our own class. I Had a great time, met a couple more from the brotherhood, which is always nice. I went over a few days early to help my Mom with my Dad and wouldn't you know it, it rained on my garage queen the last 100 miles of the 500 mile trip. Who says we dont drive our cars.

Spent the better part of Friday getting 4DS ZR1 ready for the show. It took a while to clean all the rain debris off the car in the engine and fender wells. Anyway, bright and early Saturday morning I entered it along side a beautiful aqua ZR1 with 12K miles...WOW. Then another black one pulls in, and then a green and then a red, Holy Crap almost as cool as Las Vegas last fall. It was great show, lots of ZR1's, a Ron Fellows Z06, and an assortment of Corvettes, fun and done very well by the Missoula Corvette club.

ps. My ole 52k garage-queen/driver won 1st place

Following are some pics. I wish I would have wrote down names and cars....sorry. Hopefully some of the owners will recognize their cars and speak up.

what is with the GS fender flairs on that black Z?? (PIC #5) never seen that before, its usualy the other way around

Thanks Nick! It was good weather that day.

I wondered about the flairs myself, made the stock width tires look skinny.... Not my preference, but each to his own :-)

Next time I'll get all the owners names.
