"Straight" pipes

Hey guys,

Completed the full-monty exhaust project today...Corvette Central LT-tipped muffler eliminators and no resonator coming off stock manifolds. WOW!!! It is LOUD! But a good loud...sounds like a NASCAR stocker...much louder and much more "meaty" than my L98 car with straight pipes. I LOVE the sound!!! And surprisingly little resonance. In fact, virtually all the loud seems to be out behind the car. That said, I'll be very lucky to make it a month without being pulled over.

Phil, remember that blue Z06 parked next to us at C&C a couple weeks ago? It's not that loud at idle, but give it a little gas and it's real close!

HA! My thoughts exactly! I love it and don't want to change it, but I may have to talk to Daryll again about that resonator, lest I end up with a fistful of noise citations.
