Use that bike for an hour , and that seat will have to be surgically removed.

My old bike is a Trek 1200 and I have a seat like that on it. It's actually much more comfortable than the lounge chairs you usually see on bikes. It helps to have riding shorts with chamois inset. I've done up to 28miles and looking to push that w this new bike.

I use a the big soft fat azz seat with the pocket for my boy's. It look's kinda funny but WGAS it is comfortable. Bottom line is the exercise.

looks like cassette is 10-ring!!! You like side-pull brakes over center-pull? 21 speed? 3 x chainring, 7 cassette? I went through half dozen sets of tires on my Cannondale Alpine, before the accident. Has a 7 Y/O new set of Michelins on it now. Can't do much more than a recumbent stationary bike now...  If I could get training wheels for my CD, I'd try it...
