Some exhaust pricing help
I pulled off the exhaust of this ZR-1 and found to be a full length dual with hi flow cats, and balance pipe plus headers. Can't find brand stamps on any of it. I wouldnormally cut up the factory exhaust as it take a lot of room and might not sell, but this is a decent high performance set up. the bottom of the headers aren't even scraped up, so they probably have not been on long.
I was thinking 600.00 on the headers (with bolts) but what do you think the exhaust is worth, by itself and with the headers included? |

Re: Some exhaust pricing help
I bought a stock 90 cat-back for $100 (picked up). One of the mufflers had a little rattle, but basically it was a good stock set. I would value that pipe set the same, plus a little more for the catalysts, but minus some for what appears to be downsizing to 2.5" pipes (?). The headers are certainly the big ticket item. There is also some value to a system that fits together as a whole not requiring any extra fab or welding (and the costs incurred there).

I'm guessing none of it is stock.

Re: Some exhaust pricing help
Well the headers did not last long, anyone local want the rest of the system for 500.00?
