Default WTB 90 ZR1 cruise control clutch pedal disconnect switch

Hi,

I want to buy a workable clutch pedal switch that disconnects the cruise control. The switch must include the two fasteners/nuts that connect the switch to the mounting bracket. This is for a 1990 ZR1.

Thanks,

Don

I'm quite sure the switch isn't retained with two jamb nuts, it could likely be done in that fashion but I don't know why. The jamb nuts are an everyday hardware store find.

It's retained by a single barrel style retainer that fits into the bracket and the switch is easily adjusted with a push to the pedal. I might be able to do an NOS switch. MIGHT!

If it's only important that it's functional there's several switches that will work. Do them frequently.

If you're interested in a retainer and a switch fine.

Hi WVZR1,

Thanks for the reply. If you can locate a workable switch with the barrel type fastener please let me know. My switch is "flakey" as it sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. If I can get a new switch with the appropriate fastener I will be good to go.

Thanks again,

Don
