I said I would get something faster after that old school Porsche beat me in my ZR1 and I took possession of it 2.5 weeks ago. So now my ZR1 has a younger brother parked next to it! I do have the 93 on the market for the right price, but judging by the characters who have come by to look at it this far, I have a feeling it will be staying over this winter.
I had a guy argue with me about the sawblades on the 1993, saying they weren't the factory "ZR1" wheels...or another person accused me of being a curber because I had two Corvette's. Apparently he is clueless to the curbing business as you don't make money curbbing cars of a rare nature with the smallest possible pool of buyers.... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

So the people keep getting sweeter on my attempted sale of the ZR1. I have in my ad that I may be open to trades of older muscle car/truck...what I got today for email messages:
1.) "Hi, I have a 1998 Camaro with a 2000 LS-1 motor installed. The car has approximately 45,000km. It is loaded and I would be willing to trade you straight across for your Corvette that you have posted." 2.) "So, I have an interesting muscle car that you may consider. It has a 502 GM crate engine, two stage nitrious, and was dyno'd at 600hp. It is a 1979 Trans-Am with only 5000km on the power train. I would be willing to trade you the car and some cash for your ZR1" 3.) "I have a 1967 Chevelle with a 383 stroker. The car has been fully restored and simply needs reassembly. I have lost interest in the project and just want a car I can jump and drive." |

Just a thought, wouldn't it been cheaper if you had ported the heads, intake, headers and exhaust for a gain of 100hp on your 1993 ZR-1 then buying the ZO6.
![]() Nice ride. Pete

I've been trying to sell my very stock/original 1992 Z07 for a while now and it's a hateful experience...people lump it in with all the $6000 1985's, 150k beaters, project cars, etc.

Would you consider 3/4 ownership of a beautiful bridge? If not, I have some sweet swamp land for the Z. Think about it.

Very nice looking Z06. I've driven a few. They are sweet. But im a hard hard hardcore KOTH guy. And id rather beef up my Z to beat the C6 Z06 than buy one. That will make it even more awesome to own the KOTH. I don't plan on owning another Corvette so my next sports car will be a fairly new porsche carrera S. Variety is the spice of life.

Aren't there a ton of performance options for the Z06 (Supercharger/Turbo)? Love the yellow! I didn't know old school Porsche's were that fast
