Thanks Jerry's gaskets
After dropping an injector clip down a primary port and then getting my magnet on a string stuck to the valve and breaking the string, I had to remove the intake manifold/injector housing to get the stuff out. I could not find the gaskets anywhere, even fairfax auto had a listing for ZR1 J code gaskets but the pic was obviously L98. Went to the local dealer, Kid had no clue, I told him it was a ZR1 he was like, thats just a suspension package right? *slap* I told him all about it after he could not find the stuff listed (computer kept showing us L98's) he asked "are you sure it's the original motor?'" sigh.
Anyways Ordered them from Jerry's they got here in 3 days and now the car is back together and I can once again pull it on the street and bring My LT1 car back in her cozy garage 'Don't shoot!' in time for our trip to key west so it won't sit outside. |

Hi Jerry. I really hope you realize just how much you're appreciated. The help you gave me on the 88 was amazing.

Re: Thanks Jerry's gaskets
Another for Jerry... saved me delaying an oil change this week and he does not even know it. Several years ago when I was changing out all fluids/injectors/ whatever & etc on my ZR-1 I got my gaskets et al from Jerry...he said I need to replace the oil drain plug O ring/gasket and he sent me two...just for the next time I need and did not even charge me for the second one. That second one is the one I used this week
