Default Need Help no running ZR1

Hello Guys
hope you can read my not so good English
i have replaced my injectors from Racetronix
all primer and seconder
my ZR1 has 11 .000 miles and was the most of hear live in the Garage and the Showroom
Pete tells me last year to change the Injectors
because some time i have no full power i think and feel it
so i have replaced my injectors from Racetronix
i also take Jerry's gaskets for the plenum
and replaced the Spark Plugs from Delco
and the Fuel Filter also
and i t runs very nice the first time
i make a test ride and the tach falls out and the engines stop
so when i start again the the Starter is working but no running engine
the fuel pumps does not running at the starting i cant hear them
maybe the fuel pumps ? the fuse are OK
when you have any idea i am thanks full for all information

When you turn the ignition key on you should hear the fuel pump run for a second and then stop. If no sound from the pump, check back here for the step ...

I agree, sounds like a fuel issue to me also. I would connect my fuel pressure gauge to the port at the front of the right fuel rail. There is a valve just behind the back of the alternator with a silver cap on it. Unscrew the cap and thread the test gauge's hose on there.

I would follow the steps in the Factory Service Manual for doing the KOEO fuel pressure test. KOEO = Key On, Engine Off test.

Let us know what you find.

i heard after you change the injectors, you then have to disconnect the battery for a few minutes to reset the computer, then it will conform to the new injectors installed.

Thanks a lot
When i turn the ignition key on i cant hear the fuel pump
i will check the full press and i have disconnect the battery at the change
i only think the tachometer goes down before the engine goes out
maybe the Ignition Module ? or a connector
i get today a camera to look under the Plenum so i can check the connectors
i will let you know when i know more

Hello Guys
so i have check the Fuel Press are ok the Pums are working
i have no trouble code in the ECM
and i have no ignition at the spark plug
maybe a connector i was looking wit the Camera under the Plenum but
cant see anything so i must remove the Plenum again
hope it will be a connector
when i know more i let you know

No spark after a plenum pull is usually an indication of a bent pin in the ignition module. Most of us have done that (me included). Remove the plug & check the pins.

i don't remember having to do this when i swapped mine out
