Default throw out bearing lube

hey is there any lube I need to use on the smooth guide/shaft that the throw out bearing rides on or do I leave it dry??

My new throwout came with the red grease on there.

If its not already greased then just use mobil 1 synthetic grease. Its red.

And if you don’t know already don’t put any grease on the input shaft nose that goes into the pilot bushing. That's a no no.

I used the oi-lite bushing, and broached the flutes on the lathe.
