Was this to be an LT-5 conversion?
No it was used for p-typing other components. What is different is the vin on the frame and engine match the vin in the windshield. On the US prototypes the frame vin is a production vin with the EX vin in the windshield. Brett is the frame vin on 23 the production vin or has it been restamped? Tom told me about this car just after he sold it to the guy in France and I asked him then why he let it go. He is familiar with cars of this type as he owns the rotary corvette gm built in the 80s. EX5023 has the 048 vin stamped on the frame.
