Stainless Works has headers and they can be purchased here:

What about a C.A.R.B. number?I would love to have a set of these on my car but being in Ca,I need the number and since these were never issued a C.A.R.B. number I dont think these are legal here...........another reason to hate CaQ. My stock headers have an upper air tubes, do I need this with my new headers?
From the ZR1.NET site............. Q. My stock headers have an upper air tubes, do I need this with my new headers?

ANS: Depends, the air tubes are for emissions but only in a cold start testing. Most testing is done on warm or hot engines. Your ZR-1 will pass emissions without the air tube in most states. States where there is a visual inspection for emission like CA you will need the air tube option. Also note you must use the check valve assembly from your manifolds in combination with our air tubes to make these work. (Click on "More images" below for picture of tubes)

Jeff, another Z brother from CA did get a waiver from the CARB people to use s/s headers & aftermarket cats. He proved that our stuff is NLA from GM, and that GM answer to a bad cat can't be used because those parts are NLA from GM. He also showed that nobody makes replacement cats for an LT5 that 'bolt right up'.....so they gave him a waiver to do the obvious fix for failed cats, get headers & aftermarket cats.

CA requires visual inspection.
No air tubes, no pass (period).
Also, this trick only works on 90-92's where the cat is integral to the exhaust manifold.
The 93-95's you can bolt up an aftermarket cat.
