Extrodenary night for a cruiZZZZe!
Some "INDIAN SUMMER" conditions yesterday = gotta take a trip SOMEWHERE and blow off the plugs a bit!
So, Ami and I hopped in PHOENEX*and made the mandatory twisty trip along the IL River to Utica to our favorite eatery, "Cajun Connection". The GEN-U-WINE Cajun himself was there to greet us, at their new digs**. The the trip home wuz by different route to add to the experience. The BEAST ran flawlessly, and I swear it appreciated a couple 7k run-ups as it seemed to make her all the more frisky (especially in the cool air!). *Yes, I know how to spell it, but spelled "...ix" was already used **Now located on Rt-178 just about 200 yards NORTH of the 178/US-6 intersection on 178; beautiful new building and easy parking too! The FBI needs to plan an outing soon, if the weather will hold up!!

Sounds like a fun trip. Your weather sounds like what we had last week. Unfortunately this morning I'm waking up to 3in of snow on the ground. Early even for us. I hope this doesn't head your way.

Will do. Last w/e it was a sudden spontaneous thing my wife just leapt at the chance to take advantage of maybe on of the last nice days before the weather sets into "winter routine". In the past we've tried to gather at least once before the Christmas and New Years crush - irregardless of it being ZR-1 weather (and COVID, of course).
