90 oil filter housing- replacing sensors and gasket - any loctite or RTV needed?
I just took the oil filter housing off my 90, I am replacing all the sensors on the housing and installing a new gasket. The sensor all have the factory thread seal on them, is there any hands on advice for supplementing the OE thread sealant on the sensors with a specific loctite or other? Also, is the gasket just contact or should I put any RTV or spray adhesive on it? I am trying to do this once and done so I want to stop any leaks for the future. ALSO, is did tighten the oil pressure regulating valve cover, it was not super loose, but took 1-2 full turns to get tight. I didn't replace the 8mm with 10mm only due to the virus as I can't get out to the stores. Quick advice on the loctite and RTV would be appreciated as it is going back on this morning. THX!

Re: 90 oil filter housing- replacing sensors and gasket - any loctite or RTV needed?
I use a bit of permatex (very light coat) on each side of the Oil Filter Adapter gasket and a bit of permatex or Teflon tape on the sensor threads which are tapered pipe threads. A bit of Blue or red Loctite on the oil filter adapter bolts.
19 ft-lbs on the three Oil Filter Adapter 8mm bolts (35mm, 40mm, 45mm) with 10mm heads. This chart from Jerry's Gaskets (Item 17, 18, 19)

Didn't want to start a new thread but do you know if this bushing/washer on the inlet hose is an available separate part and if so, anyone have a part number or idea where I can get it? Thanks

I am not sure if the Heater Coolant Return is what you are talking about .......you best ask Jerry if that piece is included if in fact this is the associated fitting
Heater Coolant Return

Thanks, I already have that piece in transit from Jerry, this is for the other side of the hose, I have the black clip in piece, I need the "slip over" bushing that is in the arrows.
