Default Identify this plenum bracket that was loose...

Got back to the 90 today while my business is shut down. Got the plenum and fuel rails off, radiator and shroud out. I have found several items that the PO did not install correctly . The rear alternator bolt- missing, 4 of 8 fan housing bolts, missing, torx that hold the throttle cover- missing but I found this bracket, I know it goes on top or around the plenum, it fell off as I removed the plenum but I did not remove it. Can anyone tell me where it mounts to so I can label it (it seems to have an electrical connector slide clip on it too)? I would also like a rear alternator bolt (OE) if anyone has a spare laying around. I am going to order new hoses and clamps from Jerry, anyone need OE 90 clamps for NCRS? Also, trying to make one post, The injectors seem to be yellow/black RC injectors, I don't know the age. I am going to OHM then all, is there any other way to check injectors? I have all new orings but wasn't going to replace the injectors themselves unless needed. I do not think the plenum has ever been off this car..and no, no special plate under the plenum...DOH!

On injectors, look at the tip and make sure the aerators are in good condition and not worn thru.

The primary injectors ohm'd at 15.4 most 15.5 max 15.7, the secondaries ohm'd at 15.9 most 16.0 max 16.2 . How do I check the aerators? What am I looking for? Can I soak them in anything to clean them up?

Look at this post to see a pic of a defective injector aerator. What happens is that the plastic is worn thru and rather than aerosolizing the gas, it shoots out a stream making the mixture difficult to combust ie that cylinder runs lean. This is a problem at lower rpm like cruising at low loads.
In my case it resulted in a compression ring that was cracked in 4 places but still showed good compression.
The Accel injectors were 10+ years old.
