Default There's a special place in hell

...Where these people probably end up. This is the second time since I purchased the car that I've been "taxed" for my hard work. (The first was a couple years ago when I discovered a cigarette had been put out on it at a gas station.) This most recent one was yesterday. These are definitely teachable moments.

Oh I hate that! When someone does that to me, I obsessively look at my doors and see if there are any nicks.

Had it happen also, I simply waited for the driver to return and kindly ask him to move so I could get in my car. Guess he did not like it and wanted to fight, called 911 and while on the phone the driver said "I'll get my 9mm and settle this"
The 911 operator heard this and in a short order 3 cars showed up funny thing he and his truck were searched no weapon found. he did go to jail for the threats and the truck was towed. Yes I was armed as always only one I told were the officers who showed up.

I parked at the very end of a row in Home Depot once. Lot was less than half full.

When I came out, a junked up flatbed was parked next to me and some SOB had taken a piss between the two.

World is full of wannabees and jackasses.

Im getting older and toning it down just a bit- But I'd still wait and have a discussion or take a note as to the vehicle and make sure my old trusty rusty beat up truck scrapes his paint just a bit or ooops my bad
and as far as a cig on my car !! oh no you didnt - we'd be looking at the gas station videos - I'd go to their crib and pay a visit... Nuff said

In parking lots I always park as far away as possible. I figure most people are to lazy to walk that far.

I like to try parking next to an “island” in the lot. Typically, these have trees in them. That way I can always have the drivers side free if I back in.

I use to do that as well but then it was an irresistible target for all the neighborhood birds.

I once parked under a tree, forgetting that it was Starling migration season. Must have been over 100 direct "hits". Couldn't see out of the windshield until the washer had run five minutes.
