Canadian delivery
Does anyone own a Z that was delivered new in Canada? If so does it have the UJ6 option on it?

Re: Canadian delivery
i've questioned this myself? my 90 was sold in my hometown. number 1706. i'm the 2nd owner as of last July. on all my paperwork it, UJ6, never shows up. GM vehicle inquiry system summary, GM vintage vehicle services, repo build sheet from the museum. i haven't owned the car long enough to physicaly have the tires off the rims. must be something to your question. interesting.

Re: Canadian delivery
The reason I ask, a person in our NCRS Chapter has a 90 low milage and his RPO sheet ( on the consul lid) has no UJ6. He broke down his original tires and there were no sensors in the wheel.

Re: Canadian delivery
must be something to this then. maybe in time this will become a semi rare non-option? from all the bad stories i'm not disappointed that's for sure. kinda cool. us Canadian's still have the DRL to deal with though. i modified mine so i have control of it now.

Re: Canadian delivery
DRL? i put a resistor in line right at the light sensor in the dash right above the speedo. i think it was 4 ohm's? i can double check later if you like. i bought like half a dozen when i did mine. those things are dirt cheap. feel embaresd going in to buy one . works slick. wouldn't have it any other way now.
wow was i way off! the resistor i used is a ¼ watt & 100 ohms. let me know if you need help.

Re: Canadian delivery
Ryan fixed my DRL 'issue' too - explained that I didn't need them with a 91!
