Re: Ugly Exhaust
Wow! That's 29 years of chop and weld. Like rings on a tree. Share photos of new system when installed.

Re: Ugly Exhaust
That exhaust looks like me on a Friday night after a few Guinness'... leaning to the left and walking to the right....

BTW... Anyone know if that would hurt anything if I had to drive it that way? Of course driving very easy....

Re: Ugly Exhaust
Arrived today on schedule. Man, I guess Im not used to the 3" pipe... it looks huge compared to what I had on there...
Couple observations... So it seems like the front hangers with the springs will become useless with the 3" pipe... The pipes are too wide for the spring hangers to actually work... or at least it seems to look that way. The rears might work... Im not sure yet. I have it mocked up and plan to buy a couple of sections of flex exhaust pipe to attach the new system to the headres, just to get it to the shop.... If I werent able to make that work, is driving about 5-6 miles with open headers going to hurt anything aside from my ears?? Hers a few pics...

Re: Ugly Exhaust
Now that looks A WHOLE lot better As far as running just on the headers for a few miles, I would think you would be just fine. It would be the same as having cutouts right after the headers right?
