The disc measures .315 thick.
I would say every bit of 80%-90%

Excuse my ignorance, but are we talking about the clutch or the flywheel: also, is the SPEC clutch a step up from factory? Is it too much clutch for a daily driver with the stock 405HP?

Both, Clutch,Pressure Plate and Flywheel
It is a step up from stock i think it's Spec Stage II.
I really never drove the car to tell you how it drove but from my experience looks like it would drive like stock.
