There's two labels possible W NN5 (Cali) or W/O NN5 (Federal). Which do you need? If you've remnants of yours it could be GM# 10136278 FKW (W/O NN5) or GM# 10136279 FKX (W NN5)

I have both NOS but a "BUSTED" scanner!
