A question about Snapon MT 2500 scanner.
I'm thinking about looking into one of these. The average prices seem to be around $300-$350. One question is does a complete setup come will all of the cartridges, I've seen some of the cartridges alone going for $250+ for a pair. If some of the cartridges need to be purchased in addition to a complete setup which ones will I need? Thanks.

Jeff I have/use the snap-on mt2500 scanner, if you want to drive a hour south we can scan your car and see how it works. I have all the cartages, adapters and books. The "black" cartages are a reprogrammable/updateable cartages that are expensive to buy/update [I do not have one] I use the "red" cartages that are not updateable.

Russ, if that is what you are looking for, there are cheaper alternatives

Not my thread; don't mean to steal it, so I'll just say I've got this nice Snap-On paperweight that I'd really like to use. OR, somebody tell me what better to use?
