Matt,
Those were a custom order piece that someone in the registery had made up serveral years ago. I don't believe they are made any longer unless someone has some stashed away somewhere.

I have an original GM licensed one in the package in Bright Red. My car is no longer that color.

Anyone know what it might be worth?

Does it say on the packaging who the vendor or manufacturer was,Dennis?
It wouldn't surprise me to see something like that go for $100-200.
