I am going to experiment with plenum volume....LT-5s plenum chokes it a higher RPM. Also the ceiling shrouds the runner...I will be adding 1" to the top and 1" to the bottom

Why do you say it might run rich there Dom? With a riser under the plenum?

It will boost low-end torque - correct?

What else is in the mill?

The plate is for the welding jig

Looks like someone is going to be doing a little welding and does not want the plenum flange to warp.
