Underhood fuse block?
Is there one? Where? (too much dust on the FSM
 )

I'm getting my snappics / threads removed blindly as fast as I can, to get in compliance with copyright / license TOS on the boards here (lots of FSM pages and other copyright / license violations on my part; sorry guys). And thanks to all the guys who didn't whine when I posted those FSM copyrighted / licensed stuff in my threads... ALL fuses pulled, and still a draw.
I still hear a click too, when I make contact with the multimeter probes!!!!!! And the click is FELT in the headlight manual rotation knobs; both sides. Where is the relay for this headlight motor circuit??? WE ARE CLOSE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Put the H/L control module back in and then check each H/L seperately for the draw at the H/L motor.
