Thanks again there Marc H...
Mr. Haibeck just returned a call, and answered a few more questions about module installation (memory / calibration module)...
The shop that put in my auto tranny missed ALL connections in the center console - shifter solenoid, neutral safety start, indicator light, etc., etc., cruise control defeat, and the VSS connection as well (NO clue what's going on there), and botched some other stuff too... So we needed to know if putting GOOD hardware in (the module), on top of incomplete electrical work , is ok (it is). I think there's at least one C4 tech specialist / guru / swami, who does add a fee to calls on his tech line. Marc even picked up the dime on this call. How good can it get! Thanks again there Mr. Haibeck |

Re: Thanks again there Marc H...
I have to agree on the high marks for Marc! He has always been very helpful, informative and quick to respond to an inquiry. For someone who doesn't perform the majority of their own mechanical work or modifications such as me, you are a big comfort. It's nice to see that customer service is a high priority for something as specialized as the C4 ZR-1. You are good for our hobby and community Marc. Thank you.
