Pretty cool. What's the top end on the Z? I assume it goes much faster than 180.

Did not find a report for this year but here is the info from his 2009 run.

The maximum speed achieved by David this year was 223 mph.

The car chosen for David’s record attempt was his Corvette ZR1 with a class C motor, 372 CID in the production division. The current record in this division is 230.5 mph.

From the information gained this year, David Hlebichuk feels his speed goal is achievable so he and his team are already making modifications for another attempt next year. We wish him success in both his missions.

We should have him sell his T shirts on the Registry.
