It would seem prices are creeping up.
A sign of a recovering economy as well as boding well for our cars.

I was there...there was 2 92's there...i thought the one with 2k miles on it just looked like it had more than that...must have been in a dusty garage...everything was a little dirty i guess. Awesome cars there tho...i got overwhelmed with fuelies, tri-fives and shelbys...oh my!

Ps I just have to add...Go Warhawks! My Alma-Mater

That's not dust it's the natural "patina" that is so desirable about barn finds (garage find).
I always have to chuckle about that.
It's part and parcel, the example of the absurdity of what the
well-heeled buyers desire. Or so I'm told.

Uh huh...well i started cleaning the "patina" out of the cracks and crevices of my car the day I bought it. I like showroom fresh...not garage stale...but to each his own i guess.

I was cleaning out my shop yesterday and began snickering when it occurred to me that I could probably save all the dust into jars and sell it on ebay as "Automobile Patina". I am absolutely sure I could sell some. It's great stuff. It's got marble dust, iron filings, saw dust and various insect parts in it.
I also have a set of original 90 MY wheels/tires with the original factory air in them for the discriminating buyer.
Yes, to each his own and into my pocket book his own too.

I was there as well. I'm a potential ZR-1 buyer, and got outbid on the red 94.

There was a black on red 90 that was very nice. 96/100 at NCRS judging in 2011. I had never seen a black/red ZR-1.

I agree that prices are strong. Maybe people are listening to Bill Stephens (Velocity TV commentator) that the ZR-1 is the "one to buy" for future collectibility? I, for one, agree with him.
