Been out of touch for a bit!
Hello to Jim, Dave, and all the boys in WAZOO land!
Sorry I've been outa touch for a bit.....its been a bit crazy since the end of the summer. We are just settling into our new place here in saylorsburg. My z has a nice new insulated garage to relax in, and my mg has been replaced by a 74 tr6! I'm hoping to get down your way for a work day or two in the late spring. The stuff i've been reading about that obx cat back system is really getting my juices flowing.......now that my z is running right (thanks to the wazoo gang of course!) Im iching for a bit more growl when I pull away from a light I know......you guys warned me this would happen!!! If any of you guys head north......skiing in the poconos, if we ever have snow again! Or make a run up to nyc you better look me up! Talk to you soon! Dave Macbeth in the poconos

Hi Dave, Good to hear from you. If you order the exhaust you can ship it to my house to save hauling it down here. Email me if you need the address again.
'74 TR6 is a nice car. Is it running OK? Jim |

Re: Been out of touch for a bit!
Hey.....great idea!
I'm don't think I'm going to make a move until march or april, but that would be a great excuse for a trip down your way! Are there any spring WAZOO work days scheduled yet? The TR has been great fun.....pulled it out of a guy's back yard for $1400, and its now running very well with a new clutch, electronic ignition conversions and a full brake job. Just landed a hard top for it a few weeks ago too, and I'm planning paint in the spring. Death to all boring commuter cars!!!!! If it doesn't make you smile to drive it, than don'!!!!!! later, dave

Re: Been out of touch for a bit!
I love it! Personally I am not a fan of overly loud car. OBX sounds louder then factory but I can carry on a normal conversation and listen to music. But, you will hear the exhaust when you step on it.
Be careful these are "gateway mods". |
