side window's not working

hello everybody
i am lurking for a while here and was invited by Jim Zfactor to register here.
my name is Jim , i live in Holland in Europe and have a 90 ZR1.
i bought this car last Year in Germany and fixed a lot of little things by reading this forum.
one thing i can not find is that both windows are not working and the fuse's appear to be in perfect working order , is there something that i am missing?
or could both motors be broken?
another problem is the antenna wil go up but not down again.
i also repaired the vacuumpump but i have no power on the leads?

also someone here in holland told me the ZR1 has 2 fuseboxe's , is this true?
