Default Tuning question

Hi, I was wondering if any of you guys knew where to go to find the set point for the shift light for a 1990? I'd like to raise it to take advantage of the current mods.

Tia,
Mike

What shift light are you using? The one on the dash?

I wouldn't say accuracy was one of the parameters for this. Better off with Raptor.

The tach reads a little high. I was hoping to bump the rev limiter up to 7500 and raise the light to come on about 7300. I really like the factory light but if it's that inaccurate I'll probably go that route.
Thanks

If you don't burn your own calibrations or have the software to do that,
stick w the Raptor. Its cheaper.

The car has ported intake/injector housings, ssw headers, random tech cats, flowmaster exhaust, and an HAT prom. It only makes 380 hp at the wheels so I have a local guy who's going to dial it in for me. I figured while he was at it I'd have him bump the rev limiter and the shift light. I just remember that for the longest time everyone said that light couldn't be changed but I also remember someone saying that they figured it out.

Thanks again.
