Replacement Engine?
Had my car up on the lift yesterday and noticed some stamping on the side of my engine block. Doesn't seem like they match my VIN # even close. So what am I looking at here....one of those replacement engines from early in production?

That is the build date stamp from MC. Look on the passenger side on the bell housing. |
