Need some help with shipping parts to UK
lm not actually buying anything here right this minute but l need a bit of shipping help with what l need to buy
being in UK my one main problem is that what ever Zed parts l want to buy from registry members, suppliers, or e-bay in the US means l have to deal with individual parts postage on everything coming across the atlantic to the UK one item at a time....costs arent so bad from individuals but international post prices from parts dealers and ebay busines sellers gets ridiculous, and when you add up the individual international post costs it comes to a fortune so..... lm hoping a member could accept my parts postage in the US and store individual postings in one box in a corner of a garage for me until l have enough parts to post as one resonable sized parcel (generally little things like rubber parts, gaskets, bushes, links, bearings, brake parts etc) obviously l would send the postage cost money in advance to who ever could then post the big box to UK.....and lm not the kind of guy that takes a favor for nothing....l appreciate help so if that means a reciprocal favor of some sort then thats fair by me. l reckon on accumulating my box load over a period of time and lm in no hurry to get anything until lve assembled a worthwhile load so lm not going to be asking anyone to go to the post office every week.....it will be a one off in all probability Anyway......if someone would like to be postman for me l would be much obliged......... given that east coast US is closest to UK a member on that side would be practical though it might not make much difference as far as parcel post in concerned So if anyone can help.....drop me an email or give me your number and l will call Regards to all...... Re: Need some help with shipping parts to UK
I'd be willing to help, but I suffer from the "Canadian tax" as well as the "vette tax"! Probably make it more expensive than it's worth.
