Default Roof panel side weatherstrip

Obviously I need to replace roof panel weatherstrips since trim will be removed for painting.
I purchased rear halo weatherstrip (repro) from Corvette Central and was not impressed.
Can someone recommend a good place to buy factory or good repro?
Corvette Central shows a pair for $89 but I have no idea what will show up.

I get this all the time, the aftermarket weatherstrip is RUBBISH with a capital R.

The GM weatherstrip is now all discontinued, with very limited stock in the network, grab some while you can. I don't stock it anymore because of the such high cost and very little markup. GM list price is $386.00 for the halo strip, that's whay people buy the Chinese rubbish, but you certainly get what you pay for. Sure, if you are wanting to tart the car up before selling it, go this route, but for keeping the car, GM all the way.

Melrose T-Top

The Targa pieces are very nice.. VERY close to OEM

Also their A and B Pillars are not bad. With exception of my one bad Window Regulator (window shifts on roll up) I have it very well sealed.. 98% on D side and will be about the same with the new regulator on the passenger side

We must have similar mileage/use. My driver side window is lazy at bottom position and I can rock the window front to rear.
That's also on to-do list.

I am replacing both top of door/window outer trims - dried and cracked.

Melrose T-top? I will check now.

Thanks.

http://www.melroset-tops.com/

just call and ask.. it is around $100-120 for each A and B Pillars.. the targa pieces came with my replacement roof

I have 63K miles i think and it is the passenger side regulator that is bad

Jeff,

Can you clarify this, the A & B pillars are one piece for the windshield frame, Are you referring to the T-Top LH & RH seals?

A-Pillar (one piece top and sides of Windshield) $100-$120

B-Pillar (one piece around the Halo, back of doors, both sides and top) $100-$120

Targa Top Sides (LH and RH) (mounted to the targa) price unknown, I got them with my targa top
