Tuning folks, would this stuff work?
http://forums.*************.com/c4-p...-emulator.html
Would that be all that's needed to do tuning on a '90-95 LT5? Are the chips he has needed or even correct for the LT5? I sorta thought those adapter things needed to still retain the stock PROM for the limp-home stuff. But I know nothing about any of this, hence the question. I currently have cables for datalogging (I use TTS), and I have a wideband device. I don't really know what I'd change, but it seems like I won't learn anything about it unless I start trying it.

Yes for hardware that should be all you need.. I bet the PROM chips are correct you use the adapter and your current MEMCAL for the limp home stuff. you read your PROM from your current MEMCAL then you change what you want and program it in the NEW PROM for the adapter hope that makes sense
