Do we want to book those reservations or just wait until we get there to get rooms?

So far we are picking up two along the way, Dennis (2 hrs east of North Platte) and Mike (Council Bluffs).

Joe, where would you plan on joining?
Dennis, do you have an exit where we would stop?
Mike, do you know where exactly along the way would you join?
Rob, have you made plans to fly in to the event?
Rick, are you planning on coming to Boise or Portland to hook up?

Jeff, do you want to be the lead contact for the trip?

Right now it appears Jeff will be in the lead and Kevin will be at the end of the line. They both have Valentine One's that's why I'm stating this. Jeff and Kevin would be in touch with each other also to pickup the boys along the way.
