Nobody is suggesting they would be hurt. According to GM, the manufacturer no less, the ZR1 is the next generation of KOTH Corvettes.
That's why it belongs on this forum, IMO.

I seem to remember quite a few buyers of the C4 ZR-1 spent 100k+ and that was in 1990 DOLLARS.

Absolutely. Beyond that, we need to remember that our cars' sticker prices equaled about $91,000 in today's dollars. With the crazy dealer markups, it would easily surpass $100 grand - just like the new ZR1!

We should invite our new ZR1 brothers with open arms (even though they have that god awful engine cover!)

Yeah, we ought to help GM support the ZR1; afterall, look at all they have done to keep our cars running !!!!!!!???????
